Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, a reputed and leading joint-venture private commercial Bank is looking for competent and experienced professionals for the following positions:

 

01)  Head of Human Resources Division/ Marketing & Development Division/ International Division (Treasury Back Office)/ Credit Division/ Credit Monitoring & Recovery Division/ SME Division:

a)      Educational Qualification: MBA/ Master degree in any discipline having no third division/ class in any examination.

b)      Experience/ Requirements:

·        Minimum 10 (ten) years experience of which at least 03 (three) years exposure as Head of concerned Division in any Private Commercial Bank.

·        Must be capable to work in a computerized environment.

·        Age should not exceed 50 years.

 

02)  Head of Internal Control &Compliance Division:

a)      Educational Qualification: MBA/ Master degree in any discipline.

b)      Experience/ Requirements:

·        Minimum 10 (ten) years experience of which at least 03 (three) years exposure in the relevant field in any Commercial Bank.

·        Must be capable to work in a computerized environment.

·        Age should not exceed 55 years.

 

03)  Deputy Head of Human Resources Division/ Internal Control & Compliance Division/ Marketing & Development Division/ International Division (Treasury Back Office)/ Credit Division/ Credit Monitoring & Recovery Division/ General Service Division/ SME Division:

a)      Education& Qualification: MBA/ Master degree in, any discipline having no-third division/ class In any examination.

b)      Experience/ Requirements:

·        Minimum 7 (seven) years experience of which at least 02 (two) years exposure as Deputy Head of concerned Division in any Private Commercial Bank.

·        Must be capable to work in a computerized environment.

·        Age should not exceed 45 years.

 

04)  Branch Manager:

a)      Educational Qualification: MBA/ Master degree in any discipline having no third division/ class in any examination.

b)      Experience/ Requirements:

·        Minimum 10 (ten) years banking experience in reputed Private Commercial Bank of which at least 02 (two) years as Manager.

·        Must have extensive experience in General Banking, Trade Finance, Lending operations and Credit Management.

·        Must be innovative, self-motivated and result-oriented.

·        Must be capable to work in a computerized environment.

·        Must be willing to work in any branch of the bank including rural branches.

·        Age should not exceed 50 years.

 

05)  Deputy Branch Manager:

a)      Educational Qualification: MBA/ Master degree in any discipline having no third division/ class in any examination.

b)      Experience/ Requirements:

·        Minimum 7 (seven) years banking experience in reputed Private Commercial Bank of which at least 02 (two) years as Deputy Branch Manager/ Sub-manager/ 2nd man of the branch.

·        Must have good knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Core Risk Management.

·        Must be capable to work in a computerized environment.

·        Must be willing to work in any branch of the bank including rural branches.

·        Age should not exceed 40 years.
