Program Manager/Asst. Manager
Roles and Responsibilities: The position of
Program Manager in Ranks ITT is required to provide leadership and management
to multiple project teams sharing a common strategic objective. Program Manager
will directly report to the Chief Operating Officer and will perform a variety
of functions that includes but not limited to:

versee and direct, in conjunction with Project Teams, the strategic
business plan, development of business requirements, development of functional
and program specifications, implementation and documentation for programs
·
Oversee and actively develop the Project Workbook (in conjunction with
the Project Team and Customer) including why the project was requested, as well
as the project requirements and scope including the risk, time, and cost
·
Work with Project Team and Customer to identify the technical approach
to be used and the deliverables to be furnished at the completion of the
project
·
Schedule and assign resources to ensure that program satisfy customer
needs and are completed within agreed upon time parameters
·
Monitor the status of the technical resources and tasks using tools such
as the MS Project
·
Work with the Project Team to manage and oversee the network deployment
process including requirement analysis, technical design, deployment, testing,
and turnover to customer
·
Develop and maintain technical documentation on computer-based
information systems; compile documentation for design changes or creation
criteria.
Educational background and Experience : Graduate in any discipline, however MBA's or
relevant tracks are preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience is required in
similar job portfolio. Candidates will be specifically asked about their
relevant experience pertaining to the above "Roles and
Responsibilities".
Human Resource
Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
: The position of Human Resource Manager in Ranks ITT is required to
assume responsibilities pertaining to recruitment, development, retention and
management of "knowledge resource" as Ranks ITT defines human
resource. Human Resource Manager will directly report to the Chief Operating
Officer and will perform a variety of functions that includes but not limited
to:

Oversee and direct formulation of HR related policies
·
Oversee and actively develop, in conjunction with relevant line
managers, "key performance index" or KPI for individuals and teams
·
Work with and assist line managers in monitoring KPI
·
Manage and channelize employee feedback to appropriate management levels
·
Provide career counseling to individuals
Educational
background and Experience : Graduate in any discipline,
