Required qualifications and particulars
of educational attainments for the position are :

Post graduation/
4 years integrated Honours degree in any discipline, preferably in Economics/
Banking and Finance/ Management/ Accounting/ Marketing/ HRM/ Mathematics/
Statistics/ English/ Engineering/ Computer Science/ MBM/ MBA/ BBA from any
reputed public/ private universities of Bangladesh and renowned overseas universities. Chartered
Accountants/ Cost & Management Accountants may also apply for the position.

Minimum 3 (three)
1st Classes/ Divisions, with no 3rd Class/Division in any examination.
·
CGPA of 3.00+ and
3.25+ on a 4.00 scale or, 4.25- and 4.50+ on a 5.00 scale would be treated as 2nd
class & 1st class respectively.
·
Applicant must be
a Bangladeshi citizen.
·
Age not over 30 years as on February 28, 2009.
The
probationers will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration of BDT 20,000.00 during 01 (one) year
probation period. The successful probationers will be absorbed in the
regular cadre according to the policy of the Bank.
