• Knowledge & experience of ship operation & management. • Knowledge about Marine law • Experience in dealing with vessel's
trading certificates of all nature • Docking
supervision, management & handling of related issues • Clear understanding of flag / IMO / PSC
related matters • Cargo handling/
management • Basic knowledge in
operating accounts • Managing office
& its human resources • Strong
communication skill both in English & Bangla • Experience in manning,, liaison with manning agent / Ship
Manager for various IMS / Class related matters of vessels • Having pleasant personality to build &
retain cordial relationship with the onboard managers / officers / crew • a person with clear vision to make the
